Palace on Wheels Dining
The dining experience onboard the Palace on Wheels is itself an extraordinary affair. Maharaja and Maharani, the two royal restaurants aboard, serve sumptuous food of Indian and other popular world cuisines. Dishes of Rajasthani and Marwari cuisine are the highlights. The ambience of both restaurants is welcoming because of the luxurious fabrics, imported crockery, delicate glass carvings, mahogany panelling, striking chandeliers, and colourful wall lamps, aptly matching the mood of the train.
